Spring of Concern

Village of Hope Niagara welcomes the coming Spring to our community with the sense of renewal and hope it can bring. It's our chance to chart a new course for ourselves, and our neighbours in need.

Please join with us in meeting this change of season, and extending our hope of renewal to our neighbours in need with your support and donation.

Village of Hope Niagara needs donors at every level for our Spring of Concern campaign, to meet our fundraising goal of $25,000.  Our Village of Hope Easter Hampers are full of food – including fresh and frozen items, personal care items, treats for the entire family, and most importantly, Hope – that they are not alone.  Hampers will be delivered to registered community residents on April 6.

In our community more than 12%, 1 in 8 among our neighbours, are going hungry a part of each month. With food costs up by 9.7 per cent, and shelter costs up by 7.4 per cent, seniors, children, and their families in our community are dramatically affected. No one in our community should go to bed hungry, or have to choose between food or shelter. We do all we are able to alleviate that insecurity, with your support.

With gratitude to a generous patron, all donations will be matched until April 10. It takes a Village...
